We read everything sent to us. Corrections, privacy concerns, and copyright questions are prioritised, and you will be told the outcome rather than left waiting.
One address covers everything below. Corrections, privacy concerns, and copyright questions are prioritised, and you will get a reply telling you the outcome either way.
What to send where
- Corrections and factual errors. Tell us which piece, which passage, what you believe is correct, and any source supporting it. Outcomes are recorded in the corrections log.
- Privacy concerns. If you believe we have published personal information that should not be public, say so and we will review it.
- Copyright. If you hold rights in material we have used, tell us what and where.
- Press. Journalists should start with the press kit, which covers boilerplate, logo use, and citation.
What we cannot help with
- We do not take research commissions or conduct private investigations.
- We do not provide legal, financial, investment, security, or government advice.
- We cannot remove or amend accurate, lawfully published information simply on request, though we will always review a specific concern.
